Loretta stuck with us during the over 1 1/2 years it took for us to find the right property. She was right there helping during the 3 attempts to close on our property, and walked the 6.5 acre heavily wooded site in the rain to help us inspect the survey, almost getting stuck in the mud with us.  When other realtors ignored us because we were 'small fry', Loretta stood by us.
